So as of January 28th I no longer work at Hammock Inc. The poor economy has finally visited the Ask house. Currently I am staying at home. This is my first week doing so, and so far so good.My goal is to get to the YMCA daily, so far I have failed at that.
My second goal is to utilize my new meal planning system e-mealz. SUPER cool system. The hardest part is taking the two kids to the store when I am trying to balance finding certain items required in my recipe with using coupons. The meals, much to my surprise, are very good. They provide seven meals with ingredients to purchase. Seldom do I ever make seven full meals in a week, so it's nice to leave off the one not so appealing recipe if necessary.
And ideally, I'd like to have a little outing. Yesterday baby girl and I went to the Hendersonville Library. I couldn't believe it, but they actually had "Her Fearful Symmetry" a brand new book by Audrey N., author of "The Time Travelers Wife." I never manage to get the new book in without having to be on a waiting list forever. I was quite pleased. I also rented Barbie Swan Lake for K.
My little P-man is still in school for two days. He and dad drive to school together. It's been special time for both of them.
And I am beginning to think of my garden, but for those details you'll need to go to my other blog.
Til then.
