So yesterday I looked at my daughters beautiful locks thinking, "her hair is really growing in and is SOOO beautiful." The next thing i know I look at her at the kitchen table with a pair of scissors and several inches of those beautiful locks lying on the floor. Heart Broken.
Now I do understand that most children sometime in their lives do this. I have to admit, David and I laughed initially. Still, Heart Broken.
We went down to the local Great Clips. They did their best to repair it, but even still, it looks like the right side of her hair is missing a section, perhaps because it is. Oh well, hair grows back, and she is still the most beautiful girl I know.

And all these years I kept scissors out of reach (against teacher's recommendations) because I thought my dear son would be the one most tempted to do such things....OH NO.
i did the same thing at 3. had short hair ever sense. also cut my eyelashes to the edge of my lid. pray she doesn't do that too!
